Ruguduru

Ruguduru was the former bishop of the capital city of the northern continent, Rebarto. However, he became obsessed in obtaining the Power and is now traveling the world in search of it; destroying every country he passes through on the way. He is a cruel, ruthless, and maniacal individual. He seems pretty immune to physical damage since he can regenerate with his magic. His skill in magic is unparalleled since he can even cast magic without actually intoning the spell. However, he seems to be susceptible to the magic that Iri is capable of using.
