Queen Rihiana

Queen Rihiana is actually a ghost. She is the queen of the Rudak legend. However, she does not possess the 'Ultimate Power' as everyone had initially believed. Her seiyuu is the Inoue Kikuko of Ranma and AMG fame. This character only seems to have a bit part in the first episode though.
