Since we had no set plans for Valentine's Day this year we decided to take my mom to dinner since my dad was in Shanghai. Can't remember for sure what the restaurant name is (Hunan Garden maybe?) but it's one of our more favored places to go to but we don't frequent it that often since it's a bit longer of a drive than usual. The odd thing is that the food is pretty good but we hardly ever see any other Asian folk there.
