Had a small get-together for Independence Day this year. Guess I should've made plans earlier since most people already had stuff to do by the time I started asking around. Erin & I cooked for everyone, including 3 vegan dishes for Fe. Think everything turned out pretty well. Afterwards we headed out to the nearby park to catch the Liberty State Park fireworks show.
