Yeah, Aquaman's pretty weak. Can't do anything out of the water. And has to get sea critters to do all his work.
Probably why they hacked off his lower arm, so that he could have a gimmicky snap-on tool.

Besides, I think this is only Marvel folks.
How about the Marvel version of Aquaman? Namor's pretty powerful -- and he looks kinda Asian.

I've only seen 3 or 4 episodes of Justice League on Toon Network ever. Something about being chained, while his infant son was dropped into an underwater abyss with a river of lava at the bottom. He's no longer clean-cut either. Can't remember too well if on TV he cuts off the hand, but he might have chewed it off in the comic?
I got Wolverine, but that doesn't seem right.
